# Getting Further Assistance

If you have any questions about the service, how it works, or how to use its features, you have available to you three really handy links in the menu of the Spetz for Specialist app:

* **Help Centre** - here you will find responses to lots of frequently asked questions
* **Contact us** – if you weren't able to find an answer in the Help Centre, you can send us an email through the app
* **Customer Service** – call the Business Centre (Mon – Fri 10.30 – 19.00)
