How can I turn more calls into deals?

Have you got the correct services selected to get calls for? (check in your settings under “Services I Offer”)
Are you responding on time to the service call? If the customer tells you they have already closed the deal with someone else, chances are that the call was not responded to in the first instance when the notification was received. Make sure to respond quickly as quickly as possible to each call to increase the chances of you closing the deal.

Offer something for free - it doesn't need to be the main job, but adding a little bit of value to the call can help seal the deal.
