How do I stop using the service?
Stop for a limited time:
If you need to take a break or stop receiving calls for a specific time you just need to put yourself to Unavailable for the specific time period you need. You can do this by going to the Unavailability to tab inside the Spetz for Specialists app.
Cancel my account
We are sad to see you go however if you want to cancel your Spetz account please do the following:
Send a cancellation request in writing to info@spetz.app
Set yourself to unavailable in order to avoid receiving more calls - 30 days recommended.
Our business Centre team will call you within 72 hours to complete the cancellation process.
