I had an "invalid" service call, what can I do?

Once in a while a service call might come through that matches one of the following situations:
Service call did not match my profile settings
The “customer” is someone actually looking for employment in your company
The “customer” is using the call to offer you marketing or advertising services

If you receive an invalid call the first thing to do would be to check the following points:
The services that you have selected are correct
The areas which you have selected are correct
You are receiving service calls for the hours that you want

After checking all your settings and you still want to appeal, simply fill out the Service Call Appeal Form with all the relevant details and send it in, our appeals team will review your request and send a reply, if your request was approved you will be credited for that call (credit for those calls will be added to your Spetz account balance).
