Quick Start Guide to Using Spetz
1. Download App
Download the “Spetz for Specialists” app, this is the best way to control your account and settings, so have it installed and ready whenever you need it.

2. Unavailability
It is important to remember that the system is fully automated and directing you calls based on your settings, including whether you have indicated you are available to take calls or not. (keep yourself available to take the call, remember it’s not to do the job right way but to speak to the customer to arrange it)
As long as you are set as “Available” in the system, service calls will be sent to you within 30 seconds of the customer making their request and they are expecting you to call them back. As you have signed up to receive these opportunities, remember that each one comes with a charge, so make sure you are able to respond quickly to the customer’s calls when they come in.
If you want to temporarily pause receiving calls you can do so by setting yourself as “Unavailable” for a certain period of time in the app. You can also set the general days and times customers can reach you in your “Service Call Hours” settings.

3. How service calls work
Exclusive Calls gives you Exclusive Opportunities as you are the only specialist that connects with the customer. So what happens?
When a customer is looking for your service, you will receive a message via SMS and/or email (based on your preference) with an exclusive number and information about the request. The exclusive number is a one-time use number used by the Spetz operator to connect you to the customer.
Click to call this number to be connected exclusively with the customer. This is your opportunity to be the only specialist to talk to the customer.
On occasion, until a connection has been established to the customer, a backup call may come from the exclusive number to ensure that you don’t miss any opportunities.

By taking the exclusive call you will be connected to the customer via our system, you will also immediately receive an SMS and/or email with the customer's direct number. As the exclusive number is for one-time use, use the customer’s direct phone number to communicate further with them and instead of the exclusive number.

Please note: The exclusive number that our system uses to connect to the customer is a one-time-use number. If you were the one to take the call and for any reason the initial connection was not established such as the line was busy or disconnected, please try again immediately using the customer’s direct number which has been sent to you. Also note, any messages sent to the exclusive number will not be transferred to the customer.
If you missed the exclusive call, when you call the exclusive number, the system will let you know through an automated message.
Most exclusive calls will result in closing a deal with a customer, but if you missed it don’t worry. In some cases, the customer may request more offers and the call will be sent each time as a regular call, so you still have a good chance to close the job.
So, how does a regular call work?
You will receive the direct number of the customer via SMS and/or email so make sure to call them as soon as you can. At this stage the customer may get another offer, so do your best to make a good impression and close the job!

Remember, you will never pay twice for the same call.
