Receiving service calls through push notifications
You can now receive updates on your service requests through push notifications on your mobile device. This feature allows you to get real-time updates with a unique sound that you'll easily recognize, so you can quickly respond to clients who need you.
Here's how to set it up:
Open the "Spetz Profile Management" app and go to the settings screen.
Tap on "Receive Notification."
Choose your preferred notification option - "Push" or "Push/Email."
If you don't see the option, make sure you upgrade to the latest version of the app. To update, just click here
