Adding and updating payment details

Spetz is a fully automated service, so specialists signed up on the "Use Now, Pay Later" plan will be charged when their maximum allowed limit has been reached ($200 in AU & US, £100 in UK) or on the 27th of the month for any calls due (whichever comes first).

In case there is an issue with one of your cards or payment methods and you wish to update them or add another, you can do that at any time by tapping on Menu -> My Account -> Payment Methods

If you need any help updating your payment method you can contact us through the Business Centre.
