One of the most important details to set up in your Spetz account are the types of services you want to be receiving calls for. Just as important as the services you want to get calls for is selecting the areas you would like to get customer requests from. You can adjust these at any time by tapping on _ Menu → Settings → Service call locations. _ You can add as many locations as you'd like and adjust how far out from each location you'd like to be gettinFew readersSet the times customers can reach you
With the Spetz app you have complete control to set when you are available to receive and respond to service calls. In addition to your account "Summary", you can get a more detailed reports by tapping on _ Menu -> My Account -> Transactions. _ From here you can get a breakdown of: all service calls received (and price for each one) all payments (completed or failed) all bonuses applied (double credit/package deals) credits for invalid and appealed service calls You can view reports from the last 30 / 60 / 180 days, or set your own custom range of dates to focus on.
