Getting calls for the services you offer
One of the most important details to set up in your Spetz account are the types of services you want to be receiving calls for. You can add, remove and update the services to get calls for at any time by tapping on Menu -> Settings -> Services I Offer.
To choose which services to get calls for, you can either search for them or expand any of the categories and select from there. Services and categories with at least one service selected will be highlighted blue.
Note: If you offer emergency services such as locksmith, plumber, electricians, car towing etc this point is not relevant for you as the customer will be looking for your service at that moment.
Make sure to select as many services as your business offers to make sure you do not miss any opportunities!
