Getting reports on your service calls
In addition to your account "Summary", you can get a more detailed reports by tapping on _ Menu -> My Account -> Transactions. _
From here you can get a breakdown of:
- all service calls received (and price for each one)
- all payments (completed or failed)
- all bonuses applied (double credit/package deals)
- credits for invalid and appealed service calls
You can view reports from the last 30 / 60 / 180 days, or set your own custom range of dates to focus on.
