How to make yourself unavailable
One of the most powerful features of Spetz is the ability to notify the system when you are not available to take calls so it knows to pause sending you service calls until the time you indicate you are ready for them. This is a very simple process that takes only a few seconds, and it's an important one because:
As long as you are set as “Available” in the system, service calls will be sent to you as soon as the customer makes their request and they are expecting you to call them back.
It is important to remember that the system is fully automated and directing you calls based on your settings, including whether you have indicated you are available to respond to service calls. To save your budget and ensure you get calls only when you are available to respond to them, set yourself to Unavailable whenever needed.
To make yourself temporarily unavailable:
- Go to the "Unavailability" tab at the bottom
- Select one of the "Express Unavailability" Options
The light at the top right-hand corner of your main profile will be red when you are unavailable and not taking calls and once you are ready to take calls you can make yourself available and the light will switch to green.
