Review your service calls

Your Spetz for Specialists app keeps track of all the service calls that have been directed to you, including the customer’s name, what service they requested, when they needed to speak to you, and where the call came from, as well as a way to call them back. You can see the details of the last call you received in your Personal Area, and review the details of any calls you have received by visiting the Service Calls tab and tapping on a specific call to reveal more. (Every service call has a unique number.) (Scroll down to see both screenshots)

Whenever the customer has included them, you will also see any notes they added describing what they need help with, as well as any photos or videos that were attached to the service call.

Remember to respond to service calls as quickly as you can, the sooner you get back to them, the higher the chance of closing the deal!
