Set the times customers can reach you
With the Spetz app you have complete control to set when you are available to receive and respond to service calls. You can set (and adjust) the days and times that customers can reach you at any time from the app by tapping on Menu→ Settings → Service Call Times.

By default your profile will be set to receive calls 24hours, you can also choose to receive calls on weekends and holidays as well.
24 Hours - this setting means you are able to respond to calls at any time of the day/night , 24/7.
If you prefer to set limits from morning to evening hours, turn off 24 Hours and you'll be able to set the hours customers can reach you from Monday - Friday.
If you want to get calls on weekends as well, turn off "Weekly" and you'll be able to set the hours you can be reached on weekends too, as well as setting different times for different days if needed, or turning off calls for certain days completely.
Remember that the "activity times" are the times that you are available to speak with customers on the phone, not when you are available to carry out the job. We recommend expanding your hours as much as possible to get more calls outside of your normal working hours, you can arrange to call the customer back, schedule the work/meeting and will always have their contact details.
