Setting up your company details
In order for your profile to be set up correctly, a few basic details need to be filled in such as your business details (including the company name and address), email address and phone number (the one that will be receiving the service calls).
You can fill these in and update them at any time by tapping on Menu -> Settings -> My Details.
Service call notifications are sent by SMS and email (and occasional back-up phone calls), so it's really important to confirm your contact details are correct in order not to miss any opportunities.
You can add additional phone numbers as backup contacts, as well as to enable another person access to the same profile through the Spetz for Specialists app on their phone if they need it. Remember: only the Primary Phone will receive the service calls.
