  • Review your service calls
    Your Spetz for Specialists app keeps track of all the service calls that have been directed to you, including the customer’s name, what service they requested, when they needed to speak to you, and where the call came from, as well as a way to call them back. You can see the details of the last call you received in your Personal Area, and review the details of any calls you have received by visiting the Service Calls tab and tapping on a specific call to reveal more.   • Setting up your company details
    In order for your profile to be set up correctly, a few basic details need to be filled in such as your business details (including the company name and address), email address and phone number (the one that will be receiving the service calls). You can fill these in and update them at any time by tapping on Menu -Settings -My Details.Few readers
  • Getting calls for the services you offer
    One of the most important details to set up in your Spetz account are the types of services you want to be receiving calls for. You can add, remove and update the services to get calls for at any time by tapping on Menu -Settings -Services I Offer. To choose which services to get calls for, you can either search for them or expand any of the categories and select from there.   • Setting the areas to get calls from
    Just as important as the services you want to get calls for is selecting the areas you would like to get customer requests from. You can adjust these at any time by tapping on Menu → Settings → Service call locations.   • Set the times customers can reach you
    With the Spetz app you have complete control to set when you are available to receive and respond to service calls. You can set (and adjust) the days and times that customers can reach you at any time from the app by tapping on Menu→ Settings → Service Call Times.     Whenever a customer makes a request for your services, typically you will be notified of service calls by both SMS and email.
